Close all unnecessary programs. Download Sysinternals Suite -> copy and unzip to your Documents folder. Start up process explorer-> procexp.exe Sort programs in descending order. Triangle should point down.  Menu->View->System Information->displays performance graphs. Any process using more than 10% of available cpu (other than System Idle Process), should be investigated. Use these sites ( , BleepingComputer ). For this demo I'll investigate ZCfgSvc.exe, when I open new tabs windows within Internet Explorer, this process runs at 100%. Start up procmon.exe from your newly downloaded Sysinternals directory. We want to filter procmon.exe's view to ZCfgSvc.exe events. Menu->filter->filter  Use the Add, Remove and apply buttons to add your process. Table should contain a single row, with a green circled check, and the process name being traced.
