Remove and install Internet Explorer
Start->Control Panel->Add or Remove Programs 
Press Add/Remove Windows Components
Uncheck Internet Explorer
Although, not necessary, you can restart your computer.
To re-install Intenet explorer, follow the above steps again and check the Internet Explorer checkbox.
