Visual Studio 2010 doesn't provide a feature for meta tag localization. Below code copies .resx file Resource ID's "Keywords#" and "Description#" to pages meta tag content.

Code copies Description# resource id to meta name="Description" content.

Code copies Keywords# resource id to meta name="Keywords" content.
