Epicor 9 Internal Server Error 500 on launch of training Education courses
Launch of Epicor 9 training Eduction courses failes with error " The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error."
Resolution:
A recent Epicor upgrade (9.05.604 to 9.05.605) failed to upgrade Epicor's training environment.
To ugrade training environment:
1) Execute on Epicor server: \\Epicor\Epicor905\EpicorUtilities.EXE
2) Run "Install Epicor Education"
3) More documentation on Epicor Web site: Epicor9_PatchGuide_904503A.pdf
4) Install/Re-install Epicor Education license "Embedded Education Content Pack": Epicor Server->All Programs->Epicor software->Epicor Administrative tools->Epicor Administrative console->Server Management->Epicor->Epicor Train 905->Licensing->Import License->D:\Epicor905\xxxxx.lic
