Setup for Barcode printing on Intermec PM4i printers using Crystal Reports, Epicor 9, DataWorks Bar 39 fonts.


Load labels into your printer, this example utilized UPS labels scrounged up from our shipping department. The label size is 6.5 inches x 4.125 inches to accomodate a pre-printed logo on the first .5 inch. Intermec's printer driver supports only 6.0 x 4.0 labels (UUC/EAN Pallet label), the extra .5 inches is therefore ignored and is normally used for preprinted logo's. Here's an example:

Insert cdrom provided with PM4i Printer.

Execute file xxx:/index.html from cdrom->PM4i Printer->Software->InterDriver->select default options->When asked to share printer, share it.->Render print jobs on client computer->Checked

Start->Control Panel->Devices and Printers->Barcode printer installed on last step->Right Click->Printing Preferences->Stock->Name->Name->UUC/EAN Pallet label (4.00 in x 6.00 in)
