Generate and ADO.net xml definition for the barcode printer report. Epicor->Material Management->Shipping / Receiving ->General Operations ->Receipt Entry->Select existing PO or Packing Slip->Actions->Print lables->Standard Crystal->Print Preview->You should see existing bar code report. By viewing the barcode report, Epicor generates a new ado.net xml report file on the server. Look in directory \\epicor\EpicorData\Reports\xxx for the file. xxx is the username under which the report was generated more.

Open Epicor 9 default Receipt label: Crystal Reports->File->Open->\\epicor\Epicor905\Server\reports\RcvLabel.rpt. Save a new version of it, typically \\epicor\Epicor905\Server\reports\CustomReports\rptRcvLabelNew.rpt.

Associate the report with an updated ADO.net report definition. Crystal Reports->Database->Database Expert->Create new connection->ADO.net (XML)->Make New Connection-> Select the most recent \\epicor\EpicorData\Reports\xxx\Receipt Labels010xxx.XML.
Keep Crystal Reports open, Create a new Crystal label and then cut and paste all fields from RcvLabel.rpt. Before cutting and pasting, create a Crystal tool box object and size it to fit the entire label. Print and verify the empty box on your Intermec label printer before continuing. The box should surround the label edges.
